Duties
- Draft and contribute to dispositive and procedural motions.
- Prepare and respond to written discovery.
- Work directly with client witnesses regarding discovery obligations.
- Prepare for mediations.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of litigation experience.
- Admitted to practice law in California.
- Familiarity with California's federal and state courts.
- Experience with JAMS and AAA arbitration procedures.
Education
Strong academic record.
Certifications
California Bar admission.
Skills
- Superior legal research and writing skills.
- Comfortable with large, complex cases and smaller, fast-moving matters.
