Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Associate Attorney

A leading Southeastern law firm is seeking an Associate to join its growing Data Privacy & Cybersecurity team in Charlotte, North Carolina.

This nationally ranked team advises public, private, and multinational companies across industries on a broad range of sophisticated matters, including data-related litigation and class action matters, high-value data breach response, government investigations, privacy counseling, cybersecurity compliance, and emerging AI governance issues.

The team is seeking an experienced associate attorney who wants to work across all facets of a dynamic data privacy and cybersecurity practice, with the opportunity to play a meaningful role in complex, high-stakes litigation while also helping businesses navigate rapidly evolving legal and regulatory challenges.

The successful candidate will work alongside nationally recognized, CIPP-certified privacy practitioners whose backgrounds span litigation, cybersecurity, regulatory counseling, and emerging technology.
