- Salary Range: $125,000 – $135,000
Role Overview
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Data Governance Analyst with some remote work flexibility. The analyst will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining data governance processes and frameworks to ensure data quality, compliance, and reliability across the organization.
The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to analyze data policies, establish governance standards, resolve data-related issues, and support leadership decision-making with accurate and trusted analytics.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain data governance frameworks and processes
- Analyze and interpret data policies and regulatory requirements
- Define and enforce data standards to improve data quality and consistency
- Ensure compliance with federal and DoD data governance policies
- Support data quality, compliance, and governance initiatives through data modeling and analytics
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve data-related issues
- Provide accurate, reliable analytics to support organizational decision-making
Mandatory Qualifications
- Active Top Secret clearance (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Management, Business Analytics, or a related field
- 5–8 years of technical experience
- Proven ability to configure and implement data governance standards
- Strong understanding of foundational data policies, including:
- NARA
- NIST Data Management
- DoD / DoW policies
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in data modeling
- Proficiency in data analytics and a solid understanding of statistics for reporting and interpretation
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present data findings
- Experience developing and executing data governance strategies
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong technical background to support and implement governance strategies
