Holidays like Dec 31, Jan 1 or Jul 4 as well but on rotation with other team members.Job DescriptionPerform data analysis and production data fix using proprietary tools and technologies.Basic programming experience to understand scripts and codes written in python or SQL and enhance on need basis.Production support and root cause analysis of data pipeline issues.Analysis & building of SQL queries & stored procedure for extracting data or manipulationProvide L1 support to various application, response to pagerduty and some KTLO activitiesWilling to work on shift & provide off hour coverage on need basisProvide Sale Day support for critical and reporting applications to conclude sale closure or transmissions using Manheim propriety toolsWork with offshore resources, exchange shift.Support deployment, integration testing of data workflows/workloads/pipelines.Work with Production support team and updating the SNOW tickets for Level 2 support.Following Café procedures and update Rally with status updates of Story cards in each sprint.Requirements8 - 10 years of industry experience to support realtime production applications.Experienced on supporting data pipeline using technologies spread across cloud and on prem like AWS and ETL & BI application like Informatica, Tableau.Resource must be versatile to learn new tools and technologies and comfortable doing L1 and L2 activities as required.Ability to adapt to changing requirements and follow industry guideline to support applications.
