Strong quantitative and analytic skills are required. The Sr. Data Modeler will:Develop logical and physical data models, in Traditional Data Stores (i.e.
DB2, Oracle) and in NoSQL (i.e. Snowflake, MongoDB)Ensure data objects adhere to defined Client's standards and best practicesBaseline DDLsDevelop, test, and implement scripts, programs, and related processes to collect, manage, and publish DEV and PROD metadata from data modelsDevelop DDL implementation/back-out plansPromote data models into production metadata environmentsSupport DDL PROD implementationSupport post-production validation of DDLBe able to support multiple efforts concurrently, in Waterfall, Agile or Modern DeliveryEducational and Work Requirements:Bachelor Degree from an accredited university with coursework in Business, Information Technology, or Engineering.8-10 years of data modeling and metadata management experience.Experience with relational, dimensional and NoSQL data modelingExperience with data management standards and data model practicesExperience with query capabilities such as Visual Basic macro development and SQLExperience with physical data structure design in DB2, UDB, Oracle, Sybase, Snowflake, Postgres, MongoDB and/or SQL Server using ER/Studio DA or ErwinExperience using ClearCase, GIT, Remedy, ER/Studio DAMortgage/finance industry data modeling experienceAdditional Qualifications:Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of key stakeholdersThrives in an environment with changing prioritiesSound business and technical acumenFocused and versatile team player that is comfortable under pressureExcellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsAble to navigate through a large corporate environment and ensure appropriate processes are metRequired Skills: MongoDB Additional Skills: Big DataThis is a high PRIORITY requisition.
