Robert Half is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Modeling to support a global legal transformation initiative within a highly regulated organization. This role will lead enterprise data modeling, data governance, and data architecture efforts supporting Legal, Technology, and Business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Design and maintain conceptual, logical, physical, and semantic data models
Drive data governance, metadata management, data quality, privacy, and compliance initiatives
Partner with Legal, Technology, Data, and Business teams to define data requirements and solution designs
Develop data flows, mappings, and architecture documentation
Support enterprise data platforms, analytics, reporting, AI, and automation initiatives
Ensure alignment with regulatory, risk, and governance requirements
Present data architecture recommendations to senior business and technology leaders
Establish and promote data modeling standards, best practices, and governance frameworks
Qualifications
Extensive experience in Data Modeling, Data Architecture, Data Governance, or Enterprise Data Management
Strong knowledge of conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling methodologies
Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, ETL/Data Integration tools, Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, Hadoop, Spark, NoSQL, or related technologies
Experience working within financial services, banking, or other highly regulated environments
Expertise in metadata management, data governance, and enterprise architecture practices
Experience with data modeling tools such as Erwin, ER Studio, Visual Paradigm, or similar
Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders across business and technology functions
Preferred Qualifications
Legal Operations or Legal Data experience xhqgsiq
Experience supporting in-house legal departments or law firms
Experience with AI, advanced analytics, and enterprise reporting platforms
Knowledge of enterprise data governance, regulatory compliance, and control frameworks
