Job Description
Role: Data Modeler
Location: Irving, TX
Duration: 3 months, CTH / Contract only
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing conceptual data models based on user requirements
- Serving as a liaison between business and technical teams
- Leading discussions on data modeling and maintaining enterprise data models
- Ensuring quality standards with software teams
- Collaborating with infrastructure teams on database design for scalability and availability
- Assisting analysts and developers in understanding data models
Qualifications:
- College degree in Business, CS, IT, or related field or equivalent
- 5+ years in database modeling/design
- Experience with Oracle 9i or higher, SQL Plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in data architecture, logical and physical data modeling
- Ability to work independently and in teams, develop presentations, and partner with management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
