Job Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst Lead / Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end data migration initiatives and lead data onboarding for enterprise clients.
• This role requires a strong technical background in data engineering, ETL processes, and data validation, along with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring seamless, accurate, and scalable data transitions from legacy systems to modern platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand complex data models, schema structures, and relationships across multiple data entities
• Work with diverse data sources including legacy systems, APIs, databases, and flat files (CSV/Excel)
• Design and develop scalable, reliable ETL pipelines for data ingestion and transformation
• Ensure data pipelines are fault-tolerant, auditable, and optimized for performance
• Define and implement data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance frameworks
• Lead data migration and onboarding efforts for enterprise clients, ensuring smooth go-live processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate technical concepts effectively
• Build reusable data mapping frameworks and transformation logic
• Mentor and lead a team of data engineers and analysts, establishing best practices and standards

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL, or Data Migration roles
• Strong expertise in relational databases and data modeling
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Hands-on experience with large-scale data migration projects
• Strong focus on data quality, validation, and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with insurance domain data (policies, claims, commissions, etc.)
• Familiarity with legacy enterprise systems and migration challenges
• Experience with GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow)
• Backend development experience (e.g., FastAPI)
• Experience in client-facing onboarding or implementation roles
