To support data migration efforts, the remote Data Migration Analyst will manage migration testing, data quality validation, and deployment readiness in a 9-month contract position. Key responsibilities Coordinates migration activities across Extract, Transform, Load, Testing, Deployment, and Hypercare with a focus on data quality Plans and executes migration testing cycles, including dry runs, mock loads, and production validation Collaborates with cross-functional teams to validate data rules and manage defect triage and resolution Required qualifications 6 - 7 years of data migration experience, particularly with Salesforce Strong expertise in data quality, data mapping, and ETL processes Hands-on experience leading data migration projects across the full lifecycle Ability to independently drive execution and deliver project outcomes Experience with Informatica and Salesforce integrations
