Westaff is looking for a Marketing Administrator in the Hudson MA area for Immediate Start!
Location: Hudson MA
Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm Weekly Pay!
Pay Rate: $24/hr
Scope of work:
- Reformat direct mail lists and reorganize according to what is needed.
- Good with numbers, able to gather and organize tables as well as formatting.
- Ability to sort and update.
- Previous experience required!
- Reformat Excel Quotes by Franchise, Territory, Zip Codes and Demographics.
- Good with high levels of details.
- Ability to transfer the information from the sales orders into a format using the quote that allows the prospecting data to be ordered.
- Placing the prospecting data orders through an on-line system.
- Downloading and naming the ordered data in a manner that allows the programmers to easily run their data builds.
- Reformat direct mail lists and reorganize according to what is needed.
- Good with numbers , able to gather and organize tables as well as formatting.
