Leading the Business Intelligence and Data Analytics functions, the fully remote Data Manager will oversee data strategy, manage the Business Intelligence team, and ensure data integrity while delivering actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization. Key responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop the Business Intelligence and Data Analytics team while establishing priorities and performance expectations Own the development and maintenance of enterprise dashboards, reports, and business metrics to deliver accurate and timely insights Develop and implement data governance policies to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance across all business systems Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Management 2+ years of leadership experience managing Business Intelligence or Data Analytics teams Advanced SQL and database management skills Experience with Business Intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
