We’re seeking an experienced RWD/RWE Transformation Expert / Project Manager to support the rollout of a new RWD/E governance framework and operating model . This role partners closely with the PMO lead, medical/scientific teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption and transition into BAU operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement RWD/RWE governance model (roles, workflows, decision rights).
• Develop SOPs, guidance documents, and process templates.
• Align governance with regulatory, privacy, and compliance standards.
• Drive PMO activities: rollout plans, milestones, status reporting, risk management.
• Lead cross‑functional coordination and support transformation activities.
• Create change‑management materials (training, comms, onboarding).
• Facilitate workshops and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Support BAU transition and monitor early execution.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years in RWD/RWE, data governance, project management, or transformation .
• Experience leading organizational change & operating model implementations.
• Deep understanding of the RWD/E lifecycle (acquisition → curation → analysis → evidence).
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to bring structure to evolving, ambiguous environments.

Preferred:

• Pharma/biotech RWE experience.
• Knowledge of GDPR, HIPAA , and data access policies.
• Background in consulting or enterprise transformation.
• Contract: 6 months | Remote
