Overview

Seeking an experienced Data Operations and Development Lead to manage a data analytics team supporting a federal government client. This role involves leading development and operations of Azure-based data platforms, delivering reports, dashboards, and advanced analytics to support nationwide business processes.

Responsibilities

Lead the data analytics team and manage development and operations of Azure-based data platforms. Deliver reports, dashboards, and advanced analytics to support nationwide business processes.

Required qualifications

• U.S. Citizen; able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree + 12 years’ experience (8+ years leading Azure data teams).
• Strong leadership in cloud-native Azure data projects.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft BI stack and Azure services.
• Strong communication, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), and problem-solving skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with Generative AI, ML, data governance tools
• Familiarity with Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design
