Bogart Associates, Inc is a boutique political fundraising and event planning firm in Washington DC. We have represented Republican Members of Congress and corporate clients for more than 30 years.

Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a data management specialist located on Capitol Hill, in Washington, DC. The data management specialist will be responsible for tracking hundreds of contributions, maintaining accurate records using advanced Microsoft Excel skills. The role will also be responsible for managing our CRM and updating contact lists in Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming donation checks and prepare them for shipping
• Track donation information and amounts in Excel with meticulous attention to detail
• Contact and communicate with campaign treasurers each quarter to accurately file results to Federal Elections Commission
• Input and Update contact lists in Outlook
• Transfer contact lists, contribution data, event details, invitations, and other data into Gulf Partyline CRM platform
• Perform other administrative tasks to support office workflows

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience using CRM softwares
• Previous experience in Political Fundraising or campaign work** (helpful but not required)
• Previous experience tracking data
• Ability to work independently and problem solve
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Political Science, or a related field** (Helpful but not required)

This is a part-time role which is expected to report on-site to our Capitol Hill office at least 3 days per week. The role will require approximately 20 hours per week with opportunities for growth.
