Key responsibilities Develops and enforces data management standards in partnership with Business Units and Risk Management Manages matrixed data steward teams to achieve data governance priorities across multiple functional areas Defines and implements data management roadmaps in collaboration with senior leaders and data councils Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or business analytics with ten years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with fourteen years of experience Five years of experience leading and managing teams in a direct or matrixed environment Extensive experience interfacing with business stakeholders in banking or systems management
