Data Management Consultant

To support the CRECE project in Colombia, the full-time Data Management Consultant will manage and ensure the quality of databases, provide technical assistance to field teams, and produce analyses and reports to facilitate decision-making, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Design, manage, and document project databases ensuring data quality and consistency Monitor data collection processes and provide training to field staff on digital data collection tools Analyze data and create dashboards and reports to support project management and evaluation Required qualifications Professional degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or related fields Minimum three years of experience in data management, cleaning, and analysis, preferably in social projects Proven experience in verifying the quality of field-collected information Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas Familiarity with digital data collection tools such as SurveyCTO or KoboToolbox
