While this is not an immediate opening, we are proactively identifying qualified candidates for anticipated roles expected to begin around August. We support some of the nation's most sensitive efforts, and our team plays a direct role in protecting what matters most.We are seeking a Data Management and Automation Analyst to join our team and support mission-critical programs through strong security practices, collaboration, and attention to detail.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Data Management & Automation Analyst to support enterprise data initiatives, automation efforts, and reporting capabilities across a mission-focused environment.This role is responsible for managing data systems, improving data integrity, and developing automated solutions that streamline business processes and enhance decision-making. You'll work across multiple functional areas to integrate data sources, develop analytics, and provide leadership with actionable insights.Key ResponsibilitiesData Management & ArchitectureSupport development, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise data repositories and datastoresEnsure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness across systemsDocument data structures, elements, and management strategiesSupport data archiving, sharing, and lifecycle managementAutomation & Process ImprovementDesign and implement automated workflows to streamline business processesDevelop automated data ingestion pipelines from multiple sources (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Leverage tools and technologies (including AI where applicable) to improve efficiency and reduce manual effortIdentify opportunities to improve processes and system usabilityAnalytics & ReportingDevelop and execute custom queries, analytics, and reporting solutionsCreate dashboards and visualizations to support leadership decision-makingProvide data analysis for: Financial tracking and forecasting, Program performance, Organizational metricsRespond to ad hoc data requests from leadershipData Integration & Knowledge ManagementIntegrate data from multiple systems into a centralized platformSynthesize data into meaningful outputs such as Program summaries, Impact reports, Funding analysisTrack and manage data related to contracts, vendors, and program activitiesCompliance & GovernanceEnsure data systems meet compliance and regulatory requirementsConduct data validation and integrity assessmentsDevelop and maintain documentation, including Requirements analysis reports, Data validation and integrity reports, Project plans and SOPsCollaboration & Stakeholder SupportWork with stakeholders across business units to gather requirementsTranslate business needs into technical data solutionsSupport leadership reporting and enterprise-level decision-makingQualificationsRequired QualificationsEducation & Experience (one of the following): Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, Database Administration, Information Management, or related field + 5 years of relevant experience, OR High School Diploma + 10 years of relevant experienceExperience in Data repository management and reporting, Data analytics and data review, Data system improvements and optimizationDesired QualificationsMaster's degree in a related fieldExperience leveraging AI or automation tools to improve business processesExperience managing data systems within Intelligence Community (IC) environmentsClearance RequirementActive TS/SCI with CI PolygraphAdditional InformationThis job description is not designed to cover or contain all job duties required of the employee.
