Supporting data governance and management initiatives, the full-time remote Data Management and Governance Analyst will ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability while collaborating with stakeholders to identify and remediate data issues. Key responsibilities Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support data governance initiatives and data management activities Perform data quality checks and validation to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data Create and maintain documentation for data processes, definitions, and governance practices Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree required 3+ years of data analytics, data management, or related experience required Experience within a healthcare organization preferred Advanced skills with Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (Qlik, Tableau, Power BI) Experience performing data validation and supporting reporting processes
