About the Role
YTS Wealth Management is seeking a Data Integration Specialist to own data integrity across Black Diamond and all connected firm systems. This is a remote role reporting to our COO, responsible for ensuring accurate, reliable, and consistent data flow across our technology stack - from portfolio management and CRM platforms to reporting and client-facing tools. The ideal candidate combines strong technical data skills with the judgment to catch and resolve issues before they affect clients or advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end data integrity across Black Diamond and all connected/integrated systems (CRM, portfolio management, custodial feeds, reporting tools)
- Design and maintain data integration workflows and reconciliation processes between Black Diamond and upstream/downstream systems
- Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies, sync failures, and quality issues before they impact reporting or client-facing output
- Establish and document data governance standards, validation rules, and quality-control checkpoints
- Partner with Operations, Client Service, and IT/vendor teams to troubleshoot integration issues and improve data flow across the technology stack
- Monitor scheduled data feeds and imports; proactively flag and remediate failures or anomalies
- Support system implementations, upgrades, and new integrations from a data-integrity standpoint
- Document data flows, mappings, and integration architecture
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in data integration, data management, or a related analytical role — ideally within wealth management, financial services, or fintech
- Hands-on experience with Black Diamond and/or comparable portfolio management or CRM platforms (Orion, Salesforce, Redtail, etc.) is a strong plus
- Strong SQL skills; familiarity with ETL tools and data pipeline concepts
- Demonstrated ability to identify root causes of data quality issues and implement lasting fixes, not just workarounds
- Excellent attention to detail and comfort owning accuracy for a firm's core data systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to explain data issues to non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance) or equivalent practical experience

- Ability to communicate effectively in both in-person and virtual environments

Compensation
- Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000 (commensurate with experience)
