Supporting the Deal Setup team remotely, the full-time Data Imaging Specialist will manage, analyze, and load data files, process image files, and assist in business operations while working from 10 am to 7 pm EST. Key responsibilities Load Excel data into operational systems and ensure correct mapping is utilized Assist in image processing and maintain file directories while reviewing the quality of loan image files Work with Client Service Managers to ensure all items required for tasking are provided by the client Required qualifications Associate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred, ideally in a technology-based environment Proficient with Microsoft Office Word and Excel; experience with Access or SQL is preferred Strong analytical ability with experience creating and manipulating spreadsheets, including pivot tables and v-lookups Detail-oriented and well-organized with effective communication skills
