Leading data governance and analytics architecture initiatives, the full-time remote Data Governance Director will ensure that all data, analytics, and AI efforts are built on a scalable and governed foundation while providing technical guidance and establishing architecture standards across the organization. Key responsibilities Develop data governance standards and best practices, ensuring data quality and consistency across analytics and reporting Drive standardization of data assets and provide subject matter expertise on analytics architecture to align solutions with enterprise data platforms Consult on solution design for scalability and sustainability, advising on AI/ML standards and monitoring performance of analytics initiatives Required qualifications Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field 10+ years of experience in data governance, data architecture, and analytics roles 5+ years of leadership experience in driving data governance and analytics platform initiatives at enterprise scale Proven ability to implement data governance frameworks and standards Strong expertise in data modeling, cloud-based analytics platforms, and modern data ecosystems
