Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, the contract Business Systems Analyst with a data focus will gather requirements, analyze workflows, and support system enhancements while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications Analyze workflows, data flows, and system processes to identify improvements Collaborate with business users, developers, and project teams throughout the SDLC Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably within Financial Services, Private Banking, or Investment Management Strong experience gathering requirements and working with business and technical teams Hands-on experience with SQL, data analysis, reporting, and data validation Experience with SDLC methodologies (Waterfall and Agile) Ability to create workflows, functional documents, and test plans
