Maintenance Data Entry SpecialistThe Maintenance Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately collecting, tracking, and entering maintenance-related data into Oracle and other database systems. This role supports the maintenance team by ensuring work orders, inspections, and related documentation are properly recorded and maintained to support operational efficiency and compliance.Responsibilities1. Receive, review, and process completed and partially completed maintenance work orders2. Accurately enter work order data into Oracle and other designated database systems3. Track and record daily maintenance inspections and ensure timely data entry4. Verify completeness and accuracy of submitted documentation5. Communicate with maintenance personnel to clarify missing or incomplete information6. Maintain organized records of work orders, inspection logs, and maintenance documentation7. Generate basic reports on maintenance activities as requested8. Assist in identifying data discrepancies and support corrective actions9. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintenance documentation standardsMinimum Duties and Responsibilities:1. Assist other job functions as required.QualificationsEducation:High school diploma or equivalentWork Experience:Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred (maintenance or industrial environment is a plus)Knowledge Required:1. Must be able to demonstrate proper use and safe handling of tools, equipment and materials.2. Knowledge of the mining industry underground environment3.
Experience with Oracle or similar CMMS/ERP systems preferred4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy5. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines7. Strong communication and organizational skillsOther Requirements:1. Ability to pass background clearance check, drug screening and physical.
