You'll be:Entering alphanumeric data from a variety of sources, including paper-based, electronic, and phone, into a computer database.Checking data from completed forms and client documents for accuracy and completeness.Handling, sorting, and filing paperwork, including managing boxes weighing up to 25-50 lbs and capturing data from files.Meeting job-specific standards and production rates for data entry.Performing general office duties, such as typing, operating office machines, and sorting mail.Communicating with clients, coworkers, and management regarding data requirements and paperwork status.Participating in safety and security drills, and reporting any issues or incidents.This job might be an outstanding fit if you:Can type at least 50 words per minute (Must Have).Are proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and basic computer systems (Must Have).Are able to routinely lift and move boxes weighing 25-50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and handling materials.Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy.Can work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team.Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.Are adaptable to change and able to work on long-duration project assignments.Demonstrate reliability and a strong work ethic.Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
