Data Entry Specialist

Position Overview:

Our client, a well-established medical center, is seeking several Data Entry Specialists to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general data entry and accurately input, update, and maintain information within internal databases and computer systems.
• Review documents and records for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Organize, sort, and maintain electronic files and documentation.
• Provide general administrative support to the team, including document preparation, data tracking, and information management.
• Assist with processing forms, records, and other administrative materials in a timely manner.
• Maintain organized records and ensure information is handled appropriately and confidentially.
• Monitor assigned tasks and deadlines to ensure work is completed efficiently and accurately.
• Communicate with internal team members to resolve discrepancies and obtain missing information.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word, is required.
• Ability to type at least 60 words per minute with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy when handling repetitive tasks.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing multiple tasks.
• Strong written communication skills and professional email etiquette.
