Data Entry - Health IndustryWe are looking for a Data Entry professional for the health insurance industry. The selected person will be responsible for supporting the membership enrollment and eligibility processes, ensuring the accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures. If you have experience in enrollment processes, attention to detail, and proficiency in technological tools, we invite you to apply for this opportunity!Responsibilities of the position:Process membership enrollment and eligibility requests accurately and promptly.Review, validate, and update information in the corresponding systems.Verify the integrity and accuracy of received documentation.Identify and resolve discrepancies related to enrollment processes.Maintain updated records and comply with established quality standards.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient transaction processing.Comply with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Support other administrative functions related to the area, as per operational needs.Requirements of the position:High School Diploma or Technical Degree.Minimum two (2) years of experience in group and individual enrollment processes, preferably in Medicare Advantage products within the health industry.Intermediate level computer and Microsoft Excel proficiency.Basic English language skills (preferably intermediate).Excellent attention to detail and precision in handling information.Ability to organize priorities and meet deadlines.Teamwork and effective communication skills.High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and commitment to quality.Availability required:On-site position.Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m.
