Data Entry CoordinatorThe Data Entry Coordinator, known internally as Logistics Data Entry Coordinator, provides administrative and data entry support to Dispatchers and Brokerage Operations by accurately processing freight-related information and documentation. This position gathers and enters work order information, maintains customer rate data, reviews records for accuracy, and organizes incoming freight paperwork to support timely shipment processing, billing, and payment.

The role also assists with shipment tracking, customer and driver communications, filing, and general operational support to help ensure freight moves efficiently through the network.Essential Job DutiesGather work order and shipment information from customers and accurately enter data into applicable software systemsMaintain customer rate information within LoadtrackReview entered information for accuracy and identify and correct data entry errorsAssist with tracking freight shipments and containers and provide applicable shipment information to team membersAnswer incoming telephone calls from drivers and customers and route inquiries to the appropriate individual or departmentPrepare copies and maintain organized filing of freight-related documentationProvide coverage for team members and assist with administrative and operational support as neededAssist with general office organization and cleaning responsibilitiesAssist with departmental projects and other assigned tasks as neededRequirementsRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentCustomer service experienceBasic computer skillsProficiency with Microsoft WordStrong typing skillsStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsGreat work ethicAbility to work independently as well as collaboration with othersStrong written and verbal communication skillsTop-notch organizational and time management skillsExcellent attention to detailStrong sense of urgencyReceptive to feedbackPreferred Qualifications1+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, clerical support, or a similar office-based roleTransportation/logistics industry experienceWhy The Evans Network of Companies (ENOC) is DifferentAt ENOC, we're more than a workplace—we're a family.
