Data Entry Clerk – Warehouse OperationsPay: $18.00 per hour Location: Coppell, TX 75019 Job Type: Contract / Temp-to-Hire Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM; some weekends as needed Start Date: September 29, 2026 Openings: 5Job OverviewWe are hiring Data Entry Clerks for a warehouse and logistics operation in Coppell, TX.Important: This is a warehouse-based position and is NOT a traditional desk-only data entry job. Candidates must be comfortable performing data entry and system transactions while also supporting hands-on warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, picking, shipping, and material handling.This is a temp-to-hire opportunity paying $18.00 per hour. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented candidates who can work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and are willing to assist the team wherever needed.ResponsibilitiesAccurately enter and maintain shipment, inventory, and warehouse informationComplete transactions in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other assigned systemsReceive, stock, select, pull, inventory, and ship customer-owned materialsAssist with loading and unloading materialsPerform cycle counts and inventory control dutiesProcess shipping and receiving documentationSupport LTL shipments and Bills of Lading (BOLs)Follow customer account requirements and service level agreements (SLAs)Handle serialized electronics and other customer materialsOperate warehouse equipment as assigned, including reach trucks, stand-up counterbalance forklifts, order pickers, pallet equipment, and hand cartsSupport receiving, picking, shipping, inventory, and other warehouse functions as operational needs ariseFollow all warehouse safety and material-handling proceduresRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent1–3 years of related warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, inventory, or data entry experienceWarehouse Management System (WMS) experienceBasic computer and data entry skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyKnowledge of warehouse storage and material-handling proceduresUnderstanding of warehouse safety practicesAbility to work in a warehouse environment and perform hands-on operational dutiesReliable attendance and ability to work the required schedulePreferred Qualifications3+ years of related warehouse or logistics experienceForklift certificationReach truck experienceStand-up counterbalance forklift experienceElectric order picker experienceInventory control and cycle counting experienceLTL shipping experienceTransportation Management System (TMS) experienceExperience working with Bills of Lading (BOLs)Schedule & PayPay: $18.00 per hourSchedule: Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–4:00 PMSome weekend availability may be required based on business needs.Work LocationCandidates will initially work at: 306 Airline Drive Coppell, TX 75019Please note: These positions are expected to transition to the Northlink warehouse later this year: 15301 Northlink Drive Fort Worth, TX 76131Applicants must be comfortable with the anticipated transition from the Coppell location to the Fort Worth location.Position TypeContract / Temp-to-HireThis position offers the opportunity to transition to permanent employment based on performance, attendance, business needs, and other applicable factors.Apply TodayIf you have warehouse or logistics experience, strong data entry skills, and are comfortable performing both computer-based and hands-on warehouse duties, we encourage you to apply.
