Data Entry ClerkWe need warehouse professionals to work at one of our client's warehouse in Memphis, TN. Essential job functions include performing all order fulfillment and warehouse functions such as shipping, receiving, stocking, storing, and inventory of materials to ensure that company warehousing needs are met. Follows and/or adheres to shipping requirements and specifications such as government regulations regarding mode of shipment or other specifications.Receives material and verifies count against documents to ensure that all materials are received according to agreed upon quantities.
Processes requests for items, pulls and assembles kits for shipping, prepares and packs items for shipment to ensure that all items are addressed and shipped to appropriate locations. Assists in loading and unloading shipments and ensures that all items are cataloged and then placed in appropriate locations in the warehouse. Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.
Contacts business unit personnel, courier services, vendors, and other relevant parties to ensure accurate delivery and pick-up of all shipment. Enters data into transportation software and ensures transactions are recorded accurately. Communicates with management regarding the status of equipment and supply manifests.
