The candidate must have experience designing scalable, production-grade ELT pipelines, implementing CI/CD for dbt, integrating orchestration tools, and enforcing data quality through automated testing and observability frameworks. Strong understanding of cloud platforms and security in Snowflake, version control (Git), and DevOps-driven deployment practices is required, along with demonstrated experience leading technical design reviews and mentoring data engineering teams and work in onsite-offshore model mentoring the offshore members to drive delivery.
