Leading a team of Data Engineers, the full-time salaried Data Engineering Supervisor will guide the design and implementation of enterprise-scale data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a 100% remote environment. Key responsibilities Mentors and develops the Data Engineering team through regular feedback, performance reviews, and coaching Establishes and enforces data engineering standards and best practices to ensure platform consistency and quality Collaborates with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective data solutions and resolves complex engineering challenges Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field A minimum of 10 years of experience in data engineering and/or software engineering At least three years of experience in a leadership role managing a team of engineers Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including OneLake and Data Pipelines Proven ability to establish data governance and quality frameworks
