Leading the design and operational excellence of a Data Intelligence Platform, the full-time remote Data Engineering Lead will architect enterprise-ready data platforms, implement governance frameworks, and drive automation using Databricks, Azure, and Terraform. Key responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of core infrastructure and engineering standards for the Data Intelligence Platform Develop governance-as-code frameworks for Databricks and Azure, automating security and data governance Architect and implement CI/CD pipelines to enhance automation and developer productivity Required qualifications 8+ years in Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Infrastructure roles 5+ years of Azure cloud experience 5+ years of hands-on Databricks experience, including workspace administration and CI/CD Proficiency with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code methodologies Demonstrated experience in data governance and Unity Catalog management
