As the senior technical voice within the data and ML engineering organization, the full-time remote Data Engineering Lead will provide hands-on leadership for data engineering design, establish coding standards, and ensure the delivery of reliable and scalable enterprise data products. Key responsibilities Provide day-to-day technical leadership for data engineering design and build quality across enterprise data products Review designs and enforce coding standards, acting as the technical review gate before significant builds Lead the design and delivery of analytics-ready data models and cloud-native data pipelines on AWS Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred 8-10 years of experience building enterprise-grade data platforms and analytics-ready data models 3+ years of technical leadership experience in data engineering delivery Hands-on experience using dbt for data transformation and delivery Strong experience delivering data pipelines on AWS and familiarity with data quality practices
