This division plays a pivotal role in building and maintaining scalable data pipelines that power mission-critical finance applications.You'll be joining a team that thrives on ownership, technical rigor, and the ability to communicate effectively across data and business stakeholders. This is a chance to leave your mark on systems that directly impact decision-making at enterprise scale.Core ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and manage robust SQL-based ETL pipelinesLeverage AutoSys (or similar) for job scheduling and orchestrationCollaborate with upstream data providers and troubleshoot delivery or schema issuesTranslate complex data requirements into scalable engineering solutionsProactively identify and resolve pipeline performance bottlenecksEnsure high availability and accuracy of data across systemsMaintain clear documentation of data flows and operational practicesParticipate in Agile ceremonies and report on dependencies and progressRequired Skills5+ years (Mid-Level) or 7+ years (Senior-Level) in Data Engineering rolesStrong command over SQL and hands-on experience with ETL developmentExperience using AutoSys or comparable job control systemsProven background in supporting finance, banking, or enterprise tech environmentsClear, concise communication, especially for client-facing or lead-level engagementsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Python or Apache SparkExposure to CI/CD, version control, and performance tuning of data workflowsFamiliarity with data quality, governance, and compliance expectationsNot a Fit If You Are:Primarily a Big Data specialist (e.g., Hadoop, Hive, Kafka-heavy roles)Lacking recent hands-on experience with SQL and traditional ETL systemsUnable to confidently communicate with technical and business stakeholdersLocation & ScheduleHybrid Onsite: 3–4 days/week in Charlotte, NC or Dallas, TXInterview Slots Available Daily (1–5 PM ET) – quick turnaround guaranteed
