Data Engineer (Matillion Lead)Location: Rhode Island, USA (Remote)Lead the design, development, and solutions with a strong focus on Automation, ETL orchestration (Matillion), database design (Snowflake), and data transformations.Own technical decisions related to database architecture, schema design, and data modeling.Review and guide development of complex SQL, transformations, and performance-optimized data pipelines.Proven experience in Agile projects.Prior experience as a Technical Lead.Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead both client and development teams.Strong BI/ETL background (Matillion, Snowflake, DataStage).Mandatory Healthcare domain experience (Member, enrollment, eligibility, EMR, E H R space).Experience managing development teams.Knowledge of APIs, Apigee, and SFDC.Act as the primary technical escalation point for data-related issues.
