Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.Interpersonal Skills: Should be a good team player, and open for coordinate with offshore teamExperience: Proven experience as a Azure Data Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successfully implemented data solutions using Azure Stack (T-SQL, ADF, Pyspark, Lakehouse, DW, AML in Azure Fabric Environment)Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of E T L processes around ADF, Pyspark, OneLake, Databricks and newest features from Microsoft stack on Fabric. Secondary skills on Cosmos, Scope, Kusto, KQL.Analytical Skills: Able to articulate the data understanding through the Data modeling, DAX and PBI reportsEducational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive data strategies and solutions.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure data architecture and management practices comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards
