This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building and improving data pipelines, working closely with business stakeholders, and helping an organization mature its data capabilities.You'll be part of a small, collaborative data team and will play a hands-on role in designing, developing, and optimizing data pipelines that support reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision making.
The environment is evolving, so this is a great opportunity for someone who likes to make an impact and help shape how data is used across the business.What You'll Be Doing:Building and maintaining ELT pipelines into a cloud data warehouseWorking with data from APIs, cloud systems, flat files, and enterprise applicationsOptimizing data performance and reliability for analytics and reportingCollaborating with IT and business teams to translate data needs into solutionsSupporting data quality, governance, and documentation best practicesTroubleshooting pipeline issues and improving existing processesWhat They're Looking For:3–5+ years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or ELT developmentHands-on experience with Snowflake and Matillion (or comparable tools)Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databasesExperience working with APIs and cloud-based data sourcesAbility to work onsite, collaborate closely with stakeholders, and manage multiple prioritiesIf you're a hands-on data engineer who enjoys building, improving, and owning data pipelines—and want to work closely with the business rather than sit behind the scenes—this is worth a conversation.
