Strong background in technical advising, weekly coordination, and daily system development support.Salary: Commensurate with experienceResponsibilities:SANCORP is seeking a Data Engineer III to provide Administrative, Analytic, Scientific, Information Technology and Subject Matter Expertise Support Services in direct support to Research, Development, Test & Evaluation Activities within Office of the Under Secretary of War for Intelligence and Security (OUSW(I&S)). The following are examples of responsibilities:Serve as the data architecture, knowledge management focal point, and Senior advisor responsible for creating, coordinating and managing diverse information systems up to and including information requiring compartment and special access protection.Provide daily technical expertise, advice, and support for the development and delivery of enterprise data architecture strategies including data modeling, design, data engineering and implementation solutions to meet enterprise level data architecture challenges.Provide technical expertise, advice, and support for the design, coordination, management and implementation, and oversight of a common analytical platform capable of using compartmented and special access information, to include DoD-wide efforts to gain system accreditation.Provide technical expertise, advice, and support for the design, coordination, management, implementation, operation, and oversight of a common operational reporting system.Provide technical expertise, advice, and support required to ensure that UAP incident reporting is appropriately cataloged, stored, curated, and maintained, to include sensor data from multiple platforms and data at multiple classification levels.In total, the provision of technical expertise, advice, and support would entail attending weekly meetings to coordinate efforts and advise, assisting in coding on a weekly basis, and identifying key areas needed for development on a daily review basis.Support the technical oversight of OUSW(I&S) sponsored RDT&E projects and activities on a monthly basis.Support the identification of disparate data-sources and data sharing requirements necessary to coordinate data import and exchange with DoD Components, the Intelligence Community, and NDFDAs on a monthly basis.Provide technical expertise, advice, and support required to identify, recommend, and implement Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) technologies to improve data management and analysis support for the OUSW(I&S) mission. Assist government lead in developing and preparing documentation for procurement packages, such as Statements of Work (SOW) and Performance Work Statements (PWS), Sole Source Justifications and Brand Name Justifications, Market Analysis and Research, Reviewing Cost Estimates and Quality Assurance Plans to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.General Support: Provide advice, recommendations, and document preparation support to multiple offices across various disciplines, ensuring seamless acquisition processes and compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop and coordinate OSD staff packages, including for time-sensitive requirements, for DIR OUSW(I&S) review and decision.
