Position Summary

We're looking for a skilled Data Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for the design and maintenance of various data pipelines and integration platforms, with a focus on optimizing processes to ingest large-scale enterprise healthcare data. You'll play a key role in building novel data pipelines and supporting existing software using a variety of modern tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production-level ETL pipelines using Python and Snowflake SQL.
• Write and integrate data unit tests throughout the development and deployment of data pipelines.
• Utilize AWS services and technologies to deploy applications for data APIs.
• Perform data processing, validation, and debugging on large datasets exceeding 1GB.
• Build and maintain robust, production-grade ETL pipelines.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a data-focused role.
• Proven experience creating automated ETL processes using Python, Snowflake, and SQL.
• A demonstrable and deep understanding of healthcare or healthcare claims data.
• Proficiency with AWS frameworks such as S3, DynamoDB, Batch, and Step Functions.
• Experience with processing and validating large datasets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
