Data Warehouse DeveloperRGA is seeking a Data Warehouse Developer to work in our Commercial Mortgage Lending team, which is a high-performance, agile team made-up of functional business and IT team members. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong data analysis skills, communication skills, SQL skills, problem solving skills, documentation skills, and SQL Server development experience. Although the job title is Business Intelligence Developer, the day-to-day work consists of collaborating with team members to perform data analyses, develop SQL Server views/ logic for real-time reporting, document processes, and develop ETL (light SSIS development) to feed analytical cubes.
The development work includes only database artifacts. It does not include SSAS cube or report development. The architecture is mature, with established design patterns.Under limited supervision, designs, develops, tests, implements, documents, and supports operational and analytical reporting platforms.
Leverages modeling tool and patterns to design, develop, and deploy data models, data ingest/ egress flows, ELT/ETL flows, and metadata.
