Data Engineer – Analytics Data Pipelines

Delta Defense seeks a Data Engineer to build and optimize data pipelines powering analytics for USCCA’s membership, marketing, and customer care operations. You’ll design and maintain scalable ETL processes, integrate data from digital platforms and business systems, and ensure accuracy, security, and usability of datasets for analysts and business stakeholders. Partner closely with analytics, marketing, and operations teams to deliver reliable data models, dashboards, and reporting that support performance, member engagement, and mission-driven decision making in a fast-growing, learning-focused culture.
