Leading a team of Analytics and Data Engineers, the full-time remote Data Domain Team Manager will coach and develop staff, manage performance reviews, and foster cross-functional partnerships to enhance team effectiveness and drive organizational objectives. Key responsibilities Coaches and develops direct reports while conducting regular performance reviews and career development planning Partners with cross-functional leaders to align squad capacity and skill development with domain product priorities Owns staffing forecasting and leads the hiring process for domain squad roles to improve team efficiency Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience in a technical team area such as data, analytics, or software engineering with proven team leadership Direct people leadership experience in a management role Ability to lead teams through change and manage complex problems effectively Technical breadth sufficient for participation in squad design conversations
