Position Overview
The Technology Technical Project Manager is responsible for leading technical projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time , within scope , and within budget . This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, effective communication with stakeholders, and hands-on oversight of technical development projects in cloud, data, and application environments.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
* Lead and manage technical projects through the full life cycle.
* Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
* Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
* Monitor progress and performance; identify and mitigate risks and issues.
* Ensure projects follow best practices, standards, and methodologies (Agile/SDLC).
* Conduct regular project meetings (kick-offs, stand-ups, retrospectives).
* Prepare and present status updates, documentation, and reports to senior leadership.
* Maintain all project documentation (requirements, specifications, change logs, technical reports).
Team Collaboration
* Foster a collaborative, high-performing environment among cross-functional teams (developers, engineers, designers, business partners).
* Coordinate resources and ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
Technical Responsibilities
* Power BI: Create and manage dashboards and reports for project metrics and data visualization.
* Azure Cloud: Oversee Azure development projects, focusing on performance, security, and scalability.
* Application Development: Lead or coordinate development efforts in Python or .NET .
* Data Delivery Support: Work closely with business partners to gather and define requirements for data-driven projects.
Qualifications
Required:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Engineering , or a related field.
* Proven experience in technical project management roles.
* Strong understanding of SDLC , Agile methodologies, and team workflows.
* Technical proficiency with:
* Azure Cloud
* Power BI
* Python or .NET
* Experience gathering and managing business and data requirements.
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA , Trello , Microsoft Project ).
* Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
* Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
Preferred:
* PMP (Project Management Professional) or Scrum Master certification .
