Schedule: Monday-Friday (40 Hrs/Week) Address: 2373 Lena Landegger Highway, Perdue Hill, AL 36470 Pay: $20-22/hrJob ResponsibilitiesPrint and bind Knowledge-Based Learning (KBL) documents and Q CardsScan and securely shred completed paperworkMaintain organized certification documentation processesNew Hire OrientationMaintain and oversee the orientation schedule for all new hiresPrint and bind orientation materials in advanceCoordinate lunch orders for orientation sessionsSupport new hires with computer-based training (CBT) system issuesGather and prepare new hire supplies for each sessionConvergence AdministratorAssign training modules to employees as neededServe as the point of contact for Convergence training platform requests, including audit and reporting needsConnected Worker ProgramManage setup and deployment of tablets across the millMaintain scheduling and records for tablet issuanceTrack and issue inventory related to the Connected Worker programQualifications:High School Diploma or GEDExperience working in an administrative role in a corporate/manufacturing environmentExperience with training platforms (e.g., Convergence) is a plusEqual Opportunity Employer, including disability and protected veteran status.
