***ACTUAL JOB TITLE*** Initial Data Configuration AnalystBrand: EYEMED Location: Mason (Hybrid 2x-3x a week) BILL RATE: *** START DATE - ASAP CRIMINAL BACKGROUND AND 5 PANEL DRUG SCREENThe Initial Data Coordinator will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining data related to various projects within the Membership Team. This role involves data entry, verification, and initial analysis to ensure data accuracy and integrity. The coordinator will work closely with Ops Managers, Implementation Team, and Account Managers and other team members to support data-driven decision making processes.Key ResponsibilitiesData Entry Management Input, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular checks and audits.Organize and categorize data to facilitate easy access and retrieval.Data Verification / Analysis Verify the accuracy and completeness of data received from various sources.Implement data validation procedures to minimize discrepancies.Perform basic data analysis and generate reports as required.Collaboration Works closely with team members, as well as cross-functionally with other teams in the organization.Occasionally works and communicates with external contacts.Communicates effectively with team members to resolve data-related issues and ensure alignment on data processes.Top 3-5 desirable attributes/qualificationsUnderstanding of insurance or health care benefitsStrong customer service focusAbility to problem solve and troubleshoot electronic data issuesAbility to work well under pressure and multi-taskWorking knowledge of EDI applications (Facets, EMP Dashboard, MEET)Flexible, grasps concepts quicklyTop 3-5 mandatory and/or minimum requirementsAssociates degree or 3-5 years Information Systems related experience, preferable in the insurance industry.In depth understanding of electronic data (834 transactions and proprietary formats) and Facets.Proficient with computers and computer software's including MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Access), EDW.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
