Mass appraisal data collection training is providedMinimum QualificationsMust have a High School diploma/GED, two years of college and/or five years of general clerical work experience.One year of progressively responsible experience in in appraisal, building trades, construction and /or homes sales and one year residential data collection and property measurement preferredMust possess problem-solving skills, spatial ability to read maps and locate physical location, math skills and work independently.Must possess/maintain valid Missouri/Kansas Driver's License and provide reliable transportation and insurance.Must pass pre-employment drug and background screen.If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
