Leading the design and development of thermal management products for data center applications, the full-time Data Center Thermal Solutions Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative cooling solutions while managing multiple projects from concept to production, with flexibility for remote work after initial training and quarterly on-site visits. Key responsibilities: Design and develop thermal management products, including cold plates and heat exchangers, from concept to production Perform thermal and fluid simulations to optimize product performance and reliability Conduct hands-on prototyping, testing, and validation of thermal systems under real-world conditions Required qualifications: B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering degree 3+ years of experience in thermal systems product development, preferably in electronics or data center cooling Strong background in heat transfer, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics Experience with CFD tools such as Ansys Fluent or Autodesk CFD Proficient in 3D CAD software, specifically SolidWorks
