This job is part of the Critical and Technical Services job function.

They are responsible for technical maintenance services in critical client environments.What You'll DoAssist with daily site inspections of all Mechanical & Engineering systems and technical equipment, including servicing and maintenance.Ensure the site's environmental conditions provide a safe work environment.React to Building Management System alarms, and complete emergency repairs as needed.Work with third-party vendors, ensuring compliance with company-developed processes, procedures, and all applicable laws and regulations.Alert management if subcontractor performance doesn't meet all requirements per the Master Service Agreement.Complete planned preventative maintenance (PM) and reactive maintenance on all equipment.Check Client for running and alarm conditions and respond to HVAC-related client problems.Building walkthroughs, taking meter readings from UPS, PDU's and utilities.Provide fixes to facility and plant faults and defects.
