Data Center TechnicianPay Rate: $22.50/Hr on W2 Hours: Thursday - Sunday 1pm - 11pm with possible OT In-Person Location: 2500 W. Frye Road, Chandler AZ Assignment Duration: 6 months Potential to convert to FTE, If so, what rate: potential Resource's typical working day: Daily facility rounds Preventative Maint Escorting visitors and vendor Vendor comms Client comms Internal System Reviews Years of Experience needed: 2+ in a physical data center or critical environment Level of Education: H.S. Diploma or GED Systems/Software proficiencies: Microsoft Office Site Building monitoring systems Electrical monitoring systems FLS monitoring systems Certifications/Licenses: OSHA 10 preferred Data Center Certified Preferred NFPA70E Preferred Top Must have Skills: Basic Commercial mechanical and electrical experience Team Player Good communication skills Top Nice to have Skills: Centrifugal Chiller Cummings Generator Experience York Certification Stultz CertificationJOB SUMMARYThis role utilizes advance skills to perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs in a Data Center operation.

Oversight of electrical and mechanical systems, including but not limited to: Universal Power Supply (UPS) systems, generators, chillers, Electrical Distribution, HVAC systems, Building Management Systems (Client) systems, and CMMS Work Dispatching.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPerform daily site inspections of all Mechanical & Engineering (M&E) systems and technical equipment, including servicing and maintenance.Under close supervision, complete assigned work according to established processes and procedures in accordance with CBRE's Environment, Health and Safety Policy - ensuring all safety processes and PPE requirements are followed. Also, ensure all regulatory requirements and quality standards are met.Oversee third-party vendors, ensuring compliance with CBRE's developed processes, procedures, and all applicable laws/regulations. Accompany vendors on site visits on an as needed basis, and ensure site standards are met.Help create and develop work processes, Job Hazard Analysis reports, and SOPs for critical work with risk assessment.

Ensure that CERM documents and logbooks are updated.Complete all required training in order to ensure successful completion of all job-related responsibilities
