This role is the primary hands-on operational resource for remote hands services, structured cabling, interconnection support, physical-layer validation, alarm response, and operational monitoring within the data center.This is a fast-moving, highly visible role that requires precision, professionalism, and strong judgment. You will support customer and carrier environments through cross-connect installs, cable testing, equipment checks, server reboots, visual inspections, documentation updates, and operational response activities.
